Operational Framework
The Hubs4Change Operational and Sustainable Framework is a comprehensive strategic guide designed to ensure the long-term sustainability and scalability of the project’s entrepreneurial hubs.
It provides a structured blueprint covering governance, financial models, and administrative processes needed to establish and maintain both physical and digital hubs within VET institutions.
Developed as an 80-page document and available in multiple languages, the framework supports wider regional adoption and replication through a dedicated scalability approach. As a public resource, it targets policy-makers and educational leaders, with the goal of being adopted by at least seven non-partner institutions.
It incorporates best practices from EU partners to align with international standards for business-education collaboration.
