The organization’s modern facilities are designed in compliance with disabled people’s accessibility, while there are 3 training rooms with a total capacity of 91 trainees.
The goal of KAINOTOMIA is the implementation of continuous vocational training programs (offline & online through their e-learning platform) targeted at employed/unemployed people, educators, students of higher education, and vulnerable social groups for the development of professional opportunities and their integration into the labour market and society. They provide Career Guidance and Counseling with regional stakeholder networks and according to individual needs. KAINOTOMIA’s goal is the support of trainees aiming to introduce new learning and teaching methodologies approaches, especially those delivering key competencies and basic skills, language skills, and focusing on the use of ICT, but also the upscaling of the quality of education in professionalization of trainers. Finally, provides trainees with new forms of flexible learning methods, virtual mobility, open educational resources, and better exploitation of the ICT potential.
KAINOTOMIA aims to up/reskill trainees through mobility in other EU member states to bolster cooperation with other countries of EU, and volunteering as an expression of an intercultural dimension. KAINOTOMIA plays a leading role at national and regional level and holds extensive experience in both methodology development of practical solutions matching specific vocational and professional development needs.

Center of Vocational Education No. 1 of Ivano-Frankivsk is a state vocational education institution that is part of the education system of Ukraine. It ensures the realization of citizens needs for vocational education, enabling them to acquire professions and qualifications in accordance with their interests and abilities.

The Center provides training in licensed professions, offering both full general secondary education and programs based on completed secondary education in the following fields: garment production and the service sector (hairdressing). Currently, around 600 students are enrolled in the following professions:

The Center has a strong educational and material base, including classrooms, production workshops, a media library, and a dormitory. Students also complete practical training at production facilities, where they improve and consolidate their knowledge.
The Swiss-Ukrainian project DECIDE: VET is being successfully implemented, within which a career guidance hub has been established as a platform for cooperation with schools, businesses, and local authorities. Students are also involved in youth entrepreneurship programs such as Junior Achievement Ukraine and the social project Studbiz School of Me.
The Center participates in projects, competitions, contests, and olympiads at regional, national, and international levels, aimed at modernizing vocational education, introducing innovative teaching methods, and improving alignment with labor market needs. Our students receive high-quality education that enables them to confidently start their careers.

Construct2 is a modern vocational educational institution established in 2017 in Zestaponi, Georgia, as a joint initiative of the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia and BK Construction. The mission of the college is to improve access to high-quality vocational education across the country, effectively responding to the evolving demands of the labour market, particularly in the construction and related sectors.
CONSTRUCTION COLLEGE CONSTRUCT 2
Since its establishment, Construct2 has positioned itself as an innovative educational institution that combines formal and non-formal learning approaches. The college provides practice-oriented education and focuses on equipping students with essential technical skills, professional competencies, and employability skills required in today’s rapidly changing economic environment. The institution offers a wide range of vocational programs, including construction professions, electrical systems, computer networks, topography, and occupational safety, as well as short-term training and upskilling courses tailored to market needs.
One of Construct2’s key strengths lies in its strong emphasis on practical learning. Training is delivered in well-equipped workshops and through the use of simulators, enabling students to gain hands-on experience using modern tools and technologies. The college serves both youth and adults, equipping them with labour market-relevant skills. Currently, the college has more than 500 students enrolled.

The college provides programmes in fields such as engineering, information technology, culinary arts, beauty services, fashion and design, agriculture, and other vocational sectors. “Modus” places strong emphasis on practical training and actively collaborates with the private sector — the college has signed over 100 memoranda of cooperation with companies, ensuring opportunities for internships, work-based learning, and employment for its students.
The college is actively engaged in international cooperation and participates in European Union programmes, including Erasmus+ initiatives. It is a member of various international platforms and networks, including those related to Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVE), and implements projects aimed at modernising vocational education, introducing innovative teaching methods, and increasing alignment with labour market needs.
College “Modus” also operates a branch in the Marneuli municipality, which is predominantly populated by ethnic minorities, particularly the Azerbaijani community. AREAP has extensive experience in the implementation of international and national projects, as well as in the development of independent initiatives, charity campaigns. A strength of the organization lies in its ability to translate knowledge into practice through non-training trainings and educational resources that allowed them, especially young people, to transform entrepreneurial ideas into viable initiatives as well as the promotion of young people in various ERASMUS + projects, including volunteering.
Its approach is strongly rooted in experiential learning, combining theoretical input with practical activities such as hackathons, mentoring sessions and coaching.
The organization is a member of the Alliance of Disability Organizations and Social Firms Europe.
