Work - Based Learning
The Work-Based Learning (WBL) Placements form the project’s international mobility phase, offering top-performing VET learners hands-on experience in real business environments within the EU.
Selected from the most successful participants in the local hackathons, learners from Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine take part in short-term placements hosted by project partners in Greece and Lithuania. These experiences expose participants to European business practices, with a strong focus on digital innovation and green entrepreneurship.
Supported by trained VET mentors, the placements ensure alignment with the project’s learning objectives while providing meaningful workplace experience. Participants receive formal recognition through Europass Mobility Certificates, validating the skills gained.
As the final step in the learning journey, WBL placements bridge the gap between digital training (e-Hub), practical application (hackathons), and real-world labour market integration.
